Update on Spring Quarter, 202403 Billing
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit

  • Summer Sessions 2024 Registration begins on April 29, 2024. If you have a registration hold on your account, your ability to register will be suspended until your balance is paid in full.  To view your current holds, please visit https://myucdavis.ucdavis.edu. Make sure to pay any outstanding balances including your Deferred Payment Plan final payment for Spring Quarter by May 15, 2024. 

    For Graduate Student ONLY, Your Spring Final Fee Payment Deadline is May 23, 2024.  Any Graduate Student with a balance after May 23, 2024, will be cancelled from their future term and all registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment.

Office Hours and Online Resources

Student Accounting and Campus Cashiering will be closed Friday, May 27, 2024 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. 

  • Our Office is open to the public Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

  •   • You can login into MyBill to check your student account and make payments online.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.
