We have some important updates on our services and deadlines, in response to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Update on Fall Quarter Billing (November 22)
  • Update on Important Dates and Direct Deposit
  •  Winter 2021 tuition and fees have been assessed, and all authorized financial aid for the term should be credited to your UC Davis account. If you have an Amount Due, you must pay that amount by the Fee Payment Deadline, Tuesday, December 15, 2020 to avoid being dropped from your Fall Quarter Classes. Financial aid will disburse to your account on December 28, 2020.  Winter Quarter Refunds will be available for eligible students on January 4, 2021.

    If you would like to enroll in the Deferred Payment Plan (DPP), students and their authorized users can enroll online at To use the DPP, you must apply and make the first payment by December 15, 2020 to avoid the drop for non-payment process.

    For Graduate Students ONLY, your Final Fee Payment Deadline is February 25, 2021.  Any Graduate Student with a balance after February 25, 2021 will be cancelled from their future term.  All registered classes for the future term will be dropped for non-payment and a late registration fee will be assessed.

      • If you are receiving a refund, we encourage you to sign-up for Direct Deposit here.

  • Cashier and Payment Solutions Office Closed; Limited Staff Available
  • The Cashier and Payment Solutions Office will be closed, but will have limited staff on-site from Monday through Thursday to process checks received through mail or dropped in our drop box.
