W-2 Information

UC Davis employees are encouraged to receive their W-2 tax form electronically.

Your 2020 UC W-2 Statement – View and download in UCPath 

Tax Year 2020 to current - Use UCPath

  1. Login to UCPath using your Single Sign‐On and Multi‐Factor Authentication
  2. Select the dropdown menu  for Income and Taxes 
  3. Click View Online W‐2/W‐2C

Tax Years 2005 to September 2019 - Use AYSO

  1. Login to AYSO using your Username and Password  
  2. Under Income and Taxes select  W‐2 and 1095‐C

Tax Year October to December 2019 - Use UCPath

  1. Login to UCPath using your Single Sign‐On and Multi‐Factor Authentication
  2. Select the dropdown menu  for Income and Taxes 
  3. Click View Online W‐2/W‐2C

Separated Employees

If UCPath has your personal email address on file, you’ll receive a notification email as soon as you’re eligible to register. If you do not have a current personal email on file, call the UCPath Center at 855-982-7284 — a representative can update your email and address make sure you receive your registration email. 

Once you receive your former employee access registration email, follow the steps to register and activate your account. You must complete the registration process within the timeframe listed in your email message or you will lose access.

After you complete the first step to activate your account, you’ll receive a second email to complete the registration process. This step will include verifying your personal data and creating security questions for the account. When both registration steps are completed, you will be able to login to UCPath online through the Former Employee Access page.


Retirees and Tax Forms

Retirees receive their tax forms from UC Office of the President, not the local campus. Requests for assistance with tax forms should be directed to the Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) at 1-800-888-8267 or by online form at https://contactrasc.universityofcalifornia.edu/contacts/csform.html.
